Shipping Rate Change
USPS has increased their prices for parcels so we've had to increase our prices as well. Please see the new prices below.
When you purchase a pre-order item, this means the item is not currently in stock, but will be shipped out as soon as it arrives to us. We try to provide a general guideline for when pre-order items will be shipping out. If you have ordered multiple items, your entire order will be held until all items are available.
Tracking - We will send you a tracking number but please wait for 1 week (US) or 2 weeks (International) after the expected delivery to contact us if you have not received your order.
- US orders - basic ($3.50) 2-5 business days
- International orders - basic ($15.00) 5-20 business days
NO Tracking - Because there is no tracking information and these are set as regular mail, please allow up to 2 weeks for US orders and up to 2 months for international orders. We highly recommend international orders to purchase tracking.
- US orders - basic ($2) 2-7 business days
- International orders - basic ($3) 5-20 business days
Any customs fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs process. Orders over 3 items automatically ship at the "with tracking" rate. The shipping costs include postage, envelope, and labeling costs.
Note: If you purchase a bulk order, shipping costs may be higher.
We accept credit or debit cards (or Paypal balance) via Paypal for payment. You don't need to have a Paypal account to order.
ERRORS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS
We try hard to fill orders correctly, but occasionally mistakes are made. If you receive a wrong or incomplete order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make it right.
We do accept refunds within 15 days of the shipping date. We cannot refund postage. You will be liable for any shipping costs to return items to us. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund your money.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com. If your order has not shipped, we will cancel your order immediately and refund your money. If your order has already shipped, it will be handled like a refund and you will have to return the item to us before receiving a refund.
If the postal service returns your envelope as undeliverable due to a wrong address, we will contact you to verify your address and ship it out again. You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to reship out to you so please make sure your information is correct when you order.
